As I write, I’m off again… this time to Portugal to meet with local winemakers, dig into restaurants and local foods from Porto to Lisbon and around the Vinho Verde countryside. I’m ready for Madeira, port and white port & tonics alongside all those wines — and there are some restaurants I’m particularly looking forward to visiting (Belcanto in Lisbon!)
