And as quickly as it began, July has ended. Fresh off a whiskey trip to Kentucky, I jumped into the intense heat of Albuquerque for a retreat weekend underscored by New Mexican chile and red and green (Christmas) sauce, back to the soothing, mild temps of SF in summer as my family visits.
