Enter May and I’m in Louisville for the opening of Rabbit Hole distillery with Louisville’s mayor and distilling industry, also visiting distilleries, restaurant and cocktail bars as I participate in Derby Week and Churchill Downs races for the first time (yes, I’ve got my hat!)
Then its on to Chicago for the James Beard Awards again and my annual Chicago catch-up. An action-packed week.
