A fantastic chocolate citrus dessert at Stedsans Copenhagen dinner held at Cookhouse SF
It feels good to be home a few weeks, savoring the pristine sun of a NorCal winter.
Event highlight: I was transported to Denmark last week with a cozy dinner upstairs in the Cookhouse space (a dreamy, North Beach apartment above Vesuvio). The couple (and their adorable kids) behind Stedsans, who throw dinners in their Copenhagen greenhouse, cooked family-style for an intimate group of us in collaboration with Visit Copenhagen tourism and Scandinavian Airlines. I can now imagine the communal, garden-fresh experience of dining in their greenhouse.
