“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts. It even breaks your heart, But that’s okay. The journey changes you. It should change you.” — Anthony Bourdain

Last week in London: the ever-enchanting St Paul’s Cathedral

It is so good to be home. I’ve been away a whole fantastic month for IWSC spirits judging in England, as well as restaurant/bar/drink research in Sweden, Faroe Islands, Denmark and London. It’s been a blessed month of adventures from dining at the great (new) Noma in Copenhagen, to eating whale on the remote, enchanting Faroes, reuniting with (and making new) friends and industry colleagues across countries.

I am thrilled to be home as I was to travel. And I’m ready to go with more food and drink recommends for you…
