Fresh off my unforgettable return to Peru a couple weeks ago, catch up time at home and in NorCal now gives way to two entire weeks of blind spirits judging for global competitions I judge with every year. First, a week judging with SF World Spirits Competition, then a week as lead (“Anchor”) judge for ADI International Craft Spirits Competition.
