I’m soon off to Vancouver to emcee a dinner with none other than our own Michelin-starred State Bird Provisions (plus The Progress & Anchovy Bar) SF chefs, Stuart Brioza and Gaby Maeda, and B.C. Canada winemakers, and to research the latest around Vancouver.
