Just returning from a deep, lovely week of research in North and South Carolina (articles to come), I’m heading into an intensive two weeks of spirits judging at ADI International Craft Spirits Awards and SF World Spirits Comp. Ready to spit and blind judge hundreds of the world’s best (and under-the-radar) spirits!
