“The Morning Star hangs like a
Lamp, beside the crescent,
Above the greying horizon.
The air warm, perfumed,
An unseasonably warm…”
– Kenneth Rexroth, “The Silver Swan”

Transported to Europe in the Old Mint courtyard for Cocktail Carnival Gala
Fall… my favorite seasons is upon us. And with it, warm, balmy San Francisco days and nights.
Top Tastes hits recent openings: B3, Cafe Des Amis, Ragazza and Plow, while returning to Prospect. On the Town recaps the whirlwind of our best SF Cocktail Week yet. Imbiber sips grappa, bourbon and vodka with master distillers, local wines, and cocktails at Prospect. Around the Bay hits San Carlos for some of the best pastrami and roast beef sandwiches on the West Coast, plus Slow food in Berkeley. One more On the Town goes for dinner with cocktails and a view.
I’d love your feedback on any spots visited from my site. Please tell your friends and have them sign up for the newsletter. As your personal concierge who tells it to you like a good friend would, I also create personalized itineraries: trips, meals, explorations (under “Services“).
Let me guide you to the perfect spot!
