Amsterdam

Just back from Amsterdam and touring genever (the predecessor to gin & the “missing link” between whisky and gin) distilleries around the Netherlands… an action-packed, educational trip I’ll share more on in future articles.

Fall is always my favorite time of year. The mild San Francisco nights, Blue Angel jets flying overhead all week for Fleet Week and the best country/alt country & folk/rock/bluegrass/etc. festival ever, Hardly Strictly Bluegrass, are all underway this week in my city, confirming fall is officially here.

I am thrilled to be home and wish you a sweet fall…
